JT Pâtisserie Salon offers a setting in which each creation can be enjoyed at a more leisurely pace. Marble surfaces and softly veined stone are paired with warm gold metallic accents, creating an atmosphere that feels polished yet intimate.

At the heart of the salon, the signature Sofa Seating area forms a relaxed gathering space, framed by sweeping arches and generous natural light.

For more private occasions, the Salon Privé accommodates up to ten guests around a statement marble table, with its own private powder room for added discretion and comfort.

Beyond the interior, a quaint outdoor terrace sits beneath Roman-inspired arches, surrounded by lush planting and softened by the changing light throughout the day.

Across these spaces, guests can experience JT Pâtisserie in different ways, from leisurely afternoons over pastries and the Salon’s Spring High Tea to an all-day savoury brunch, intimate celebrations and private gatherings.

Guests arriving by car may make use of twelve dedicated on-site parking spaces, subject to availability.

High Tea

    The savoury canapés selection includes Caviar Egg Pearl, Chicken Salsa Crisp, Salmon Choux, Shrimp Coral, Wild Umami Mushroom and Yuzu Caviar Tartelette.

    To follow, a selection of petit fours includes Hazelnut Easter, Pistachio Élégance, Raspberry Ribbon, Strawberry Parfum, Vanilla Rosée and Yuzu Belle.

    The experience is accompanied by a bottle of Noble Truth Sparkling Tea, bringing a celebratory note to an afternoon to be enjoyed at a leisurely pace.
